   Upon entering the gates of the Wells, you will notice the serenity & beauty of the property.Do not be fooled by the the quiet.We have an extensive list of activities and facilities for your use.The recreational areas include: swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, pickleball, putting green, shuffleboard areas, pool room with 5 regulation size pool tables and much more. 

     Our beautiful red brick clubhouse is surrounded by mature trees and desert plants. Sunrises and sunsets at The Wells can be spectacular! With Red Mountain in the background, the colors are vivid and ever changing.

     The quiet and peace is amazing.While conveniently close to major streets, highways, and shopping areas, it is far enough removed to be beyond most of the noise of the traffic. Come and see for yourself what everyone is talking about. We are just 20 minutes east of Phoenix on the 202 east Red Mountain. Exit Higley road. Turn right go one mile to McDowell Rd. Travel east until you see the large flag pole and sign on your right. After entering our gates the first thing you will notice is the pride in ownership in The Wells.
